What this is
A hybrid synth for mobile-suit sound effects, voiced for the fat, layered, heavily-processed
style of 80s and 90s anime. Each hit stacks detuned 3-operator FM chains at several octaves,
filtered noise for thrusters and vents, a high-Q resonator bank for armour clangs, and a sub
oscillator for weight — then pushes the lot through analogue-style drive, a stereo doubler,
ping-pong tape echo and a plate. Hit a Hangar Bank pad for a fresh random variation,
or pick a fixed Preset, then tweak the faders and export a stereo .WAV.
Lock FX
Lock FX pins the Girth & Space block — stacking, detune, drive, width,
echo and plate. While it is lit, pads, presets and Mutate only change the voice;
your effect settings carry over untouched, so you can audition the whole hangar through
one space. The faders stay editable while locked.
